Rinse the filter paper with boiling water before use (take care care whilst doing this!)

This reduces paper taste as part of the filtering process and also allow coffee to flow through better

We use Royal Mail Tracked or FedEx depending on the weight of the package. On some occasions, depending on availability, we will use another courier.

Free standard shipping for all orders over £30 (£3.49 for under £30) (3-5 business days after processing) 

Express shipping available for £6.00 (1-3 business days after processing)
