We use Royal Mail Tracked or FedEx depending on the weight of the package. On some occasions, depending on availability, we will use another courier.

Free standard shipping for all orders over £30 (£3.49 for under £30) (3-5 business days after processing) 

Express shipping available for £6.00 (1-3 business days after processing)

In general, your items will arrive sooner but we have factored inevitable delays outside our control. 

Same business day processing if order is placed before 3pm.  Please note seasonal factors, strikes, weather, COVID-19 related issues and HGV driver shortages may result in some unforeseen delays beyond our control.  We will aim to keep you informed of any delays as soon as we are aware of them.

As a designer outlet, our prices are the lowest in most cases. But if you have seen it cheaper, we will match it even after 14 days after you make your purchase.
